Ear pinning (Otoplasty)

The most common elective ear surgeries involve the "pinning back" of enlarged or prominent ears. Prominent ears are the classically described "Dumbo" ears. Surgical re-positioning, or otoplasty, involves the reshaping of ears and correction of the prominence.
